Wendy is a native of Carlisle and graduated from Trinity High School in 1983. Her insurance career began in 1983 and has since worked for various insurance companies in several different capacities. In that time she earned the Certified Insurance Counselor, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate In Underwriting and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designations. In 1997 Wendy left ERIE Insurance Group to start Deibler Insurance Associates. In 2001 she purchased the Fetrow Insurance Agency of Carlisle and moved the operations to the new location at 26 Westminster Dr. She is responsible for marketing, sales, and management functions of the agency, as well as remaining active in customer service.

Colleen graduated from Trinity High School in 1986 and attended Harrisburg Area College. She began her insurance career at PHICO Insurance Company where she held various positions within her ten years of employment; the latter as a State Filing Associate in the Office of General Counsel/Regulatory Department. Her most recent insurance experience is as a Product Analyst at Lincoln General Insurance Company in York, PA where she spent over three years in their Regulatory Compliance Department. Colleen joined our team in December 2006 as a Customer Service Representative responsible for the servicing of our commercial lines clients.

Joe a 1998 graduate of Big Spring High School & 2002 graduate of Penn State, Altoona where he earned his B.S. in Marketing and Mgmt. Following graduation Joe became a licensed Life & Health insurance agent and worked at the The Hancock Group, Inc. in Altoona as an Account Executive specializing in employee benefits. In late 2004 Joe returned to Central PA and joined our Deibler Team. He has since obtained his Property & Casualty insurance license and can assist you with all your Auto, Home, Life, Health and Disability insurance needs.

John has been in the insurance industry since 1986. He worked
with The Prudential for over 10 years; the last 3 were in the Property &
Casualty division. He obtained his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) in 1989. He was an active member in the Cumberland County Life Underwriters Assoc and served as president in 1991. John has also recently retired from the military after 32 years of service. He served in Vietnam with the Army and more recently in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Afghanistan with the PA Air National Guard. John has been with our office since April 2005 and can assist you with your Auto, Home, Life and Annuity needs.

Katie has lived in the Carlisle area all of her life. She graduated from Carlisle High School in 1998. Following High School, she became
the manager of the Hallmark store in the Point of Carlisle Plaza. She joined Deibler Insurance in May of 2004 as receptionist. Katie was promoted to customer service where she assists customers with claims, payment information, policy processing and all other general customer service needs. She is currently studying to obtain her Property & Casualty Agents License, at which time she will be a licensed Customer Service Agent.

Elisabeth joined Deibler Insurance in May 2005! She has lived in the Carlisle area her entire life and graduated from Carlisle High School in 2001. She began working at Forest Park Health Center following high school, and continues her work there on the weekends. Elisabeth is our first line of contact with our customers always greeting them with a pleasant and professional attitude. In addition she is responsible for the mail room, supplies, premium accounting, and assisting customers with general customer service questions.

JT is a Carlisle native that graduated from Carlisle High School in 1997. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1999 with an Associates degree in Applied Sciences Forestry. JT started his insurance career in 2004 working the in the Underwriting Screening department at Nationwide Insurance. He currently has his Property & Casualty license and can assist you with your home, auto, and business needs.
